About the event

The NOREX Select IT Service Management (ITSM) Workshop, hosted by GATE Petroleum, will be held via video technology on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 18 and 19. Join your peers for two days of meaningful IT collaboration!

Delivering outstanding IT services that align with the needs of the enterprise is the foundation of ITSM. Join Member organizations as they share best practices on the policy, process, method, and tools they use to continually improve upon and support IT services.

NOREX Select is a private network of technology professionals from large Fortune / Forbes 1000 organizations who exchange information in a highly confidential, vendor-free environment. This is a no-cost Workshop for NOREX Select Members and invited guests.

Best practices in service portfolio management and service catalog. Service Level Agreements for showing value of IT services and the ROI it offers to the business.
